What are the conditions to return a product?
Please read the details below in order to assess if you qualify for a return. Please notify our customer support team at 0330-3255832 within 7 days after delivery of the parcel for returns. After this period, we will not be able to accept any return claims. Follow the steps stated for hassle free returns.
What are the products that I cannot return?
The following products cannot be returned: 1. Underwear or swimwear. 2. Items which show signs of use after being opened such as diaries, notebooks, copy paper etc.
How to request a return?
You can initiate a request to return the items by calling at our customer support number: 0330-3255832 or by emailing us at support@tariqbooks.com. Please include all the evidence, including pictures, order number, the reason for return. Our customer service team will also require details for the drop-off of your items and the refund method that you would like.
How do I send my product to Tariq Books?
Our customer service will arrange for our courier partners to pick-up the product, free of shipping costs. In case our customer service cannot organize the retrieval, we will kindly re-direct you to another service provider, and will give you the necessary details to send the item back to us free of shipping costs.
Once my product is received by Tariq Books, what is the next step?
Your product will go through a quality check ensuring all the conditions are met to qualify for a return.
How long does the validation process for the refund take?
This quality evaluation process can take about 2-3 working days. Our customer support team will get in touch with you once its done to communicate the way forward.
