This series of 8 books is based on the Pakistan National
Curriculum and follows its guidelines such as Subject
Integration, Mathematical Thinking, The Use of Puzzles
and Games, Higher Order Skills, Real-Life Applications, ICT
Integration.
The focus of Excel in Mathematics is to create a strong
foundation of mathematics in pupils.
The subject matter has been carefully graded keeping in
mind that learning mathematics involves the mastery of one
concept before moving on to another. The lessons contain
many examples from everyday life leading students from
familiar to abstract concepts. Pupils learn new skills and
apply them to a variety of interesting problems and learn
to navigate and find answers to the problems. Eye-catching
visuals are evenly distributed throughout the books and make
the subject fun to learn.
